Beauty Essentials - Senior Coordinator - Sales (8-12 yrs)
About your role :
- Coordinating with sales representative for their beat plan and ensuring the communication with respect to sales scheme are communicated.
- Preparing MIS-Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis and highlighting area of improvement to management.
- Assigning the duties & responsibilities to the team.
- Handling grievances related to distributors, sales, business analyst team, operations, logistics, etc.
- Managing all responsibility related to sales coordination.
- Assist sales force to complete the given task and responsibilities.
- Responsible for regional review meeting, data collection, alignment, folder handling and records keeping.
- Coordinating with sales/regional team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Data Management in Excel V-lookup, Sorting Data, Pivot, Template Creation & Updating.
