Beauty Advisor - Customer Service (1-6 yrs)
Designation : Beauty Advisor
Purpose of the role : To efficiently advise customers on beauty related queries with an aim to create a positive customer experience
Role & Responsibilities :
- To advise customers on Chats/Video Calls with regard to the product ranges; best skincare products for their skin type, skincare regime, cosmetics to suit their skin tone, make-up tips etc.
- To proactively stay updated on new or existing products and build a strong knowledge base on the details such as ingredients, benefits so as to customize the advice and better serve the customers.
- To recommend beauty products to customers as per the suitability
Qualifications : 10+2 and certification/courses is beauty, make-up and hair/skin care
Prior Experience : 1- Year

- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail
- Passion for beauty
Technical Skills : Good computer and typing skills
- Strong knowledge on beauty (make-up, skin care, hair care etc.)
- Knowledge on various brands of beauty products and their use
Monthly Salary : 20-30 K
Other details : 6 days working
- This role requires flexibility and availability to work in any 9 hours shift between 8 am to 10 pm
- Rotational Week Offs
