BeatO - Client Relationship Management Role - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
1. Campaign Planning :
- Execute a well-thought-out CRM channel campaign calendar for web push, app push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, nudges, and in-app notifications.
- Execute campaigns for different business units, referrals, new product launches, and sales promotions.
- Thoughtfully segment the user base using RFM segmentation and design targeted CRM campaigns for different segments.
2. Target Setting :
- Follow the established ground rules for the frequency of user targeting.
- Create a comprehensive framework for campaign flows and frequency.
- Set and achieve targets as per different business verticals revenue targets, referral and repeat revenue, directly attributable to CRM efforts.
3. Metrics Improvement :
- Improve engagement metrics such as open rate and click-through rate (CTR).
- Enhance attributed revenue through effective CRM campaigns.
- Conduct experiments with campaign elements, including vernacular, content types (subject lines, copies), and creatives.
4. Channel Optimization :
- Improve channel efficacy and reduce un-subscription rates.
- Monitor and enhance CTR, and engagement health.
- Stay updated on and adopt new product features from CRM tools like Moengage, Webengage, Clevertap, etc.
5. Creative Management :
- Handle creative requirements and collaborate with the creative and content team.
- Ensure high-quality, engaging creatives and content for all CRM campaigns.
