Job Description for "Telesales Executive" (Voice Process):
Location: Mumbai (Kanjurmarg east)
1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Generating the leads.
3. Calling Clients to brief them about the legal services like patent, copyright, trade mark, etc.
4. Coordinating with the clients on daily basis to get them on board.
6. Maintaining the database in Excel sheet.
7. Report and provide feedback to the management.
Requirement :
1. Good communication skills.
2. Any qualification.
3. Immediate joiner.
4. Basic internet and MS word Knowledge.
5. Experience in sales profile would be an added advantage.
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(Sunday's and second Saturday's are fixed off)
