BD Software Distribution - Executive - Technical Support (1-3 yrs)
Job Description : Technical Support Executive
- Candidate will handle the escalated issues and resolving them over the phone/e-mail/remote meeting.
- Addressing end clients and channel partner/system integrator/solution partner/service provider/consultants.
- Conduct product demo and training
- Should be open to work in general shift.
- Should be open to travel locally or out of state.
Skills :
- Hardware and Networking is a must.
- Graduation is a must.
- Good Knowledge of Hardware and Networking concepts
- Good Knowledge on Window's, Linux and Mac OS, Android and iOS
- Good Knowledge of Antivirus, DLP, MDM, Remote technologies.
- Should be capable of handling a team of L1 engineers.
- Prepare documents on technical knowledge.
- Create and compare different solutions from same league.
- Experience required: 1 to 2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary Slab : 8 LPA to 12 LPA
