Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold-calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned to you.

- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Be abreast with latest trends across digital services, and understand the updates in our service offerings that will be in line with these trends.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, and close deals to secure new business opportunities.

- Sales Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in our reporting system.

- Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the relevant departments to improve product/service offerings.

- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve organizational goals.

- 4-6 Years Sales Experience in Digital Media agency
