Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating revenue for our company. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers excellent incentive (Paid in the same month) opportunities for high performers.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

- Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide information about available properties.

Property Presentations and Viewings:

- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.

- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process.

- Address client questions and concerns, providing accurate and detailed information.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with clients after the sale to address any concerns and secure referrals.

Market Knowledge and Reporting :

- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, property viewings, and sales closures.

- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions and client preferences.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Flexibility to work on weekends is required.

Compensation:

Monthly Lucrative incentives based on sales performance.
