BASIC - Regional Account Manager (8-10 yrs)
- Contacting potential builders and arrange meetings for closures.
- Negotiation Skills to take deals to a closure.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Maintain relation and ensure business flow from the builders is ensured Month on Month Basis.
- Handle issues of the builder and maintain relation with the builder.
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Ability to Set up a Team and drive business.
- Daily and Weekly Reports and updates of the existing and new businesses.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Real Estate / IPC experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
