(A) Business Development Role
1 Retail Expansion of Barista across India
2 Locations identification (as per the company's expansion plans)
3 Existing Stores :
- Establish a relationship with Landlords of our existing stores
- Tackle escalations proactively, hold back as much as we can
- Re-negotiate existing rentals and try to reduce them as much as possible
- Actively look at options to reduce rentals by means of effective co-locations with various partners
(B) New Stores :
1 Seek opportunities to open new stores.
2 Actively seek new business opportunities with large corporate houses & Individuals for New Franchise
3 Sort out regular issues and explore further business opportunities
(C) Franchisee Role
1 Identification of Franchisee
2 Franchisee Store Roll-outs
3 Monitoring of Franchisee projects
4 Monitoring of Franchisee store operations & Business Generation
