JD for Insurance Trainer.
- Induct the new joiners on the relevant product/process, soft skills & other mandatory training requirements as per their job needs
- In Depth knowledge of Insurance product
- Supporting the effective on-boarding and retention of new insurance Representatives by creating an engaging training environment.
- Utilizing and supporting various forms of training approaches including traditional classroom, e-learning and various training methods.
- Facilitate training classes and provide floor support to improve performance on the job.
- To design and development of training curriculum and courses as required.
- Provide coaching and development feedback to both participants and their leaders.
- Coordinate with Quality Representatives to provide training support and coaching to improve quality results.
- Facilitation and training design and delivery experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact presentations and to foster a successful learning environment.
- Knowledge of training metrics and success measures.
- Drive continuous improvement program across processes.
