Bank Bazaar - Analyst - Email Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develop and execute email marketing framework for new users and existing customers to drive engagement and and customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Work closely with content, design teams and other stakeholders to create templates for every stage of the customer journey
- Own the KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate to track the success of the channel and prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for team members, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
- Identify the target audience and build, review, and optimize prospect targeting segmentation for more effective communication
- Manage email campaigns including setup, A/B testing, email response, deployment, and reporting
- Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns; measure, monitor, and drive improvement across campaigns
- Ensure that emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Exploring new email platforms and increasing the efficiency and output from these platforms and campaigns
Mandatory Skillset :
- 1-3 years hands on experience in B2B/B2C/SaaS email marketing
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field
- Expertise and hands-on experience with email marketing tools like quickmail, mailchimp, zoho mail
- Experience in HTML coding for template creation is a plus
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Good written communication and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
