Job description :
We're looking for a Bancassurance Manager to expand our reach through bank partnerships in Banca Channel - Branch Banking Department.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong ties with partner banks
- Stay informed about our insurance products and industry trends
- Train bank staff to effectively promote and sell insurance products
- Follow industry and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies
- Provide regular sales and market trend reports
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our life insurance products
Parameters Required:
- 2+years in sales or marketing
- Graduation complete in any stream
