Requirements :

- Good working knowledge of account management and client servicing

- Complete understanding of digital marketing and integrated marketing

- Sense of ownership in terms of performance of the clients' campaigns


- Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.

- Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability.

- A business and brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes

- Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows

- Develop, lead and execute creative digital campaigns for clients.

- Effectively managing accounts, strategize and execute end to end campaign deliverables for the assigned accounts.

- Manage the team for the assigned accounts and build a strong culture of delivering quality work.

- Review and maintain monthly and closely monitor the growth and success of the campaigns and strategies executed.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Actively look at opportunities to position our products to our existing clients by mapping with their learning needs

- Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.

Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non- revenue targets and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
