Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.


- The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of customer needs.


- This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while contributing to the overall success of Bakul Fresh Agritech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition : Identify and acquire new customers through various sales strategies, including but not limited to direct sales, cold calling, and partnerships.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

- Product Knowledge : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Bakul Fresh products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agri-tech or e-commerce sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
