As India's pioneering subscription-based vegetable home delivery platform, Bakul Fresh aims to create a seamless experience for customers through innovative technology, resulting in minimal wastage and enhanced operational profitability.

Job Role: As an Executive B2B Sales - Partner Onboarding, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our supply chain by onboarding community partners. These partners, primarily small vegetable/grocery shop owners, will be essential contributors to our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying Potential Community Partners:

- Hunt for suitable small vegetable/grocery shop owners who can dedicate time in the morning for collecting bulk products in dedicated are in Delhi-NCR.

2. Business Development:

- Engage with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership deals to ensure the seamless supply of fresh vegetables.

3. Onboarding Process:

- Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Bakul Fresh platform.

- Provide necessary training to partners regarding collection procedures and packaging as per customer orders.

4. Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing grievances and concerns promptly.

- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with community partners to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to identify and onboard suitable partners.

- Understanding of the agriculture or agri-tech industry is a plus.
