Summary:
- Manage the keyword portfolio to drive search rankings
- Execute search-based initiatives to drive on-page and off-page optimization for BHFL digital assets
Duties and Responsibilities:
WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED
- Search Marketing is a strategic asset to create psychological size and drive acquisition. We need a person who can execute the SEO strategy to achieve business objectives.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ORGANIC SEARCH (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and manage the keyword portfolio in coordination with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels on daily basis
- Drive on-page and off-page optimization for BFL digital assets
- Perform backlink analysis, opportunity identification, and optimization and compile daily data reports on traffic, rankings and link profile
- Execute search campaigns for various business initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings
PARTNERSHIPS AND CAPABILITIES
- Execute and optimize content programs for SEO
- Drive vertical content for search
- Manage SEO recommendations and implementation from external consultants and vendors
PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Deliver ROI through various search campaigns
- Improve CTR (click through rates) and consequent off take
- Keyword monitoring across SEO and SEM
KEY METRICS
- Search Engine rankings
- Search originated traffic & CTR
- Sourcing for various businesses from organic channels
- Backlinks & page authority
- Execution efficiency (TAT's and delivery)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Search engine marketing expertise
- Campaign ROI and funnel management
- Link acquisition skills
APTITUDE
- Stretch, speed and agility
- Passionate about possibilities
PAST EXPERIENCE
- 4-5 years- experience as SEO
- Complete understanding of search engine trends
- Expert Knowledge of on-page and off-page white-hat SEO methodologies for desktop and mobile
- Expertise with SEO tools of the likes of Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, SEMrush, SEOmoz
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
