Bajaj Electricals - Associate - Planning (2-5 yrs)
- Payment collection from dealers and ensuring no due payment in channel finance. Responsible for handling various financial locks of dealers and make dealer lock free.
- Answer queries for Inbound calls from dealers to on material delay, lead time intimations, crashing lead time for critical orders, etc.
- Outbound call to dealer as per auto-tickets generated for full kit reserved billing, outstanding due intimation and order delay intimation.
- Noting and managing service complaints of the dealer and ensuring the complaints are resolved within given SLA's.
- Giving current material availability and market operating pricing to the dealer.
- Co-ordination with supply chain to ensure proper and timely feedback to Channel partners on material availability, supply situations, bottlenecks etc.
- Co-ordination and follow up with Marketing, Design team members to pass on all required information for necessary for business through channel.
- Co-ordination and follow up with Service team to keep the blacks and reds of service complaints to as low as possible.
- Co-ordination with design / technology team to provide on time documentation support in case required by the sales team like TDS, IES files, LM reports, etc.
