Bajaj Capital - Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Sell Investment products I.e. Mutual Funds SIP & Lumpsum, Bonds, FD's.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Cross Sell Investment products I.e. Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, FD's.
- Source new clients and get repeat business from existing clients.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the new products available in the market.
- Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the Customers.
What we Required in a Candidate :
- Target Oriented Individual.
- Customer oriented and able to capture customer financial needs.
- Interpersonal Skills : have excellent Interpersonal and relation building skills.
Communication Skills :
- Have excellent communication and listening skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and in a simplified manner.
- Should be a confident individual.
