- Riaan Wellness is a new Ayurveda products entity of the Kolkata-based Baidyanath Group, an established classic Ayurveda product brand built over 80 years and recognised pan-India. It will tap into the large untapped need for proprietary Ayurvedic formulations in personal care and health food products. Setup as a high-growth start-up entity just before the pandemic, Riaan Wellness already offers a range of consumer products like health juices, geriatric care products, hair care products and women products with a goal to deliver on the efficacy promise of its health-focused products. Two of these products have already enjoyed exponential growth in sales in the last year despite the tough conditions. Revenue today is Rs.100 Crore with strong profitability.

- Riaan Wellness is headed by Rana Banerji (Ex- Dabur) as CEO and has built a team of professionals from large FMCG companies sitting out of its Gurgaon office. The company is looking to drive sales through two verticals: FMCG (sales force automation drive) and Medico (setup 3-4 months ago). It will also sell through e-commerce channel and sees a large opportunity in export of its wellness products to markets like Nepal and Bangladesh. It is leveraging the manufacturing and R&D capabilities of its Kolkata plant and R&D centre.

The incumbent is also responsible for managing brand specific budgets in optimal manner.

Job description :

- In this individual contributor role, you will oversee the management of site content, complete catalogue management and perfection, brand presence, campaign planning, execution and analysis.

- Applicants from the industry of Consumer goods, FMCG, Retail and ecommerce will be advantageous.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- You will ensure the right brand presence and discoverability of the brands on the e-Tailing site.

- You will continuously ensure end to end catalogue management; right from correct visuals to educational A+ content as per E-Commerce Guidelines and in conjunction with the SKU data as per site requirements.

- You will lead platform specific requirements to ensure product page perfection such as visual content, videos, ratings & reviews, search optimised descriptive content and selection tools.

- You will collaborate with marketing to ensure sanctity of content and collateral for the right consumer facing representation of products.

- You will give channel specific creative inputs to help guide designers / creative agencies in developing e-commerce specific content to enable timely and more favourable purchase decisions by a consumer.

- You will regularly liaise with e-tailers to drive on site presence, content and campaign deliverables.

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Catalogue management - timely listing and content for new launches & promos.

- Campaign management - Drive onsite presence, visibility, brand stores and merchandising on key campaigns to help deliver business objectives.

- Regular site wise comparative and glide path on movement of content and merchandising modification.

- Regular competition tracking analysis for the beauty category.

KEY COMPETENCIES :

- Knowledge of Ayurveda -Skincare, Health & Wellness category and marketing would be preferred.

- Understanding of e-commerce, digital and tech is key.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS :

- Internal Stakeholders E-commerce Key Account Team, digital and brand marketing teams, global and zone e-commerce teams.

- External Stakeholders E-tailer buying and category teams, retailer marketing and content teams and supply chain.

Education :

- Post Graduation/Masters in Business Management/Communications OR Specialization in Marketing /Media
