Job Description :
- Plan and execute strategies to improve retention of user segments
- Utilize communication skills to execute campaigns on the go
- Work with relational databases, querying tools, Excel, Tableau, and more to synthesize, analyze, and interpret business data to deliver compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as CleverTap, Mixpanel, Apxor, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, etc. is an added advantage
- Add rigor and structure to how Baazi Games measures for customer success (health, growth, retention) in interactions and trends over time
- Extract and transform data into dashboards and reports for a multitude of levels within the organization
- Influence the development and measurement of targets in customer health, growth, and retention
- Build data-informed business cases for how to best drive customer journey
- Have a good eye for content and be comfortable with executing communication tools to the various segments in order to drive relevant traction
Skill sets required :
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience in customer retention/content
- Good communication skills and grammar
- Strong proficiency in working with CRM tools
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
- An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention analytics and/or lifecycle analysis, data analytics, customer segmentation, and storytelling with data for an online brand.
