Job Description:

- Are you a creative wordsmith with a passion for sports and entertainment? Are you experienced in brand copywriting and ready to lead a team of copywriters to create -compelling content that captivates our audience? If so, we want you to join us as a Copywriting Lead at SportsBaazi.

- In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our brand's voice, driving engagement, and enhancing our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- As a Copywriting Lead at SportsBaazi, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Platform-specific Content Strategy and Execution: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals across different channels like

- In-app (PNs and other), Ads, Emailers, Influencers, Social Media, Community, WhatsApp and others.

- Promotional Video Scripts: Craft engaging scripts for promotional videos to enhance brand visibility.

-Creative Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns,including Creative Reels, trends, and innovative content formats.

- Content Growth Hacks: Identify and implement growth hacking strategies to boost content reach and engagement.

-Social Media Content: Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms,ensuring brand consistency.

- Blog Proofreading : Review and proofread blog posts to maintain content quality and accuracy.

-Day-to-Day Tasks : Handle daily content tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Memes Overseeing: Oversee meme creation and incorporation into content strategy.

- Master Content Strategy and Scripts: Develop strategy, write scripts, oversee end-to-end execution from Pre to Post Production for various platforms and campaigns.

-User Education: Create content that educates users on how to use our platform effectively.

Bucket-wise Content Creation : Categorize and create content based on different audience buckets and preferences.

- Oversee Shooting, Acting, Editing: Collaborate with content production teams to ensure a seamless content creation process.

-YouTube (YT) Content : Manage and optimize content for our YouTube channel. Micro Campaigns: Create and execute micro-campaigns to engage specific audience segments.

-Influencers Innovation : Collaborate with influencers to innovate and enhance content strategies.

- Work closely with the Brand Manager: Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to maintain brand consistency and strategy alignment.

-In-app Content Health: Ensure the health and relevance of in-app content.

ORM Content Innovation : Innovate online reputation management (ORM) content strategies.

- Arcade Games to Fantasy Game User Migration: Develop content strategies for migrating users from arcade games to fantasy games.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 7-8 years of experience as a brand copywriter.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.

- Strong understanding of sports and entertainment industry trends.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in content management tools and social media platforms.
