B2C Sales Role - Recruitment Services (1-4 yrs)
This is regarding the urgent opening for the position of B2C sales with one of the leading client.
Location-Vikhroli
- Making enhanced outbound calls ( Appx 50-60 calls) on leads provided by the company
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of different job seeker services like Resume, LinkedIn and courses provided like Six Sigma, IFRS, Big Data, Digital Marketing etc
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new candidates and growing business from existing candidates
- Creating database of existing and new candidates
- Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
- Adhering to quality standards
Working Days :
5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
