Our client is a BPO startup that offers commission sales partner opportunities to individuals who can target call centers seeking consistent clients to outsource their services. With five different clients from various industries, they provide a steady stream of projects and revenue for their partners.

The Job :

Your responsibility will include :

- You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential call center partners, presenting our business model and benefits, negotiating deals and contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- You will also be responsible for managing their own time and work schedule.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Other Services industry.

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- Sales and business development skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Experience in the call center industry and outsourcing is preferred

- Familiarity with BPO, sales, and marketing strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
