- As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our mental wellness solutions within corporate environments. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our technology-driven mental wellness solutions to address those needs effectively.

- Prospect and engage with corporate clients to understand their mental health and well-being requirements.


- Present our suite of mental wellness solutions to key decision-makers through effective communication and presentations.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.


- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide valuable insights to the team.


- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications :


- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tech industry.


- Understanding of mental health and well-being solutions, with a passion for promoting employee wellness.


- Strong communication and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic startup environment.


- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
