Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. This role involves building strong relationships with businesses, understanding their event management needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for event management services.

-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.

- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client queries and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor event solutions to meet their specific needs.

Sales & Negotiation

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with internal teams (event planners, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of events.

- Communicate client requirements clearly to ensure all aspects of the event are handled professionally.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into client acquisition, revenue, and market trends.

- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
