Business Development Manager

Description :

B2B Sales Arrow is looking for a passionate and self-driven individual who loves searching for solutions that improve business operations. The candidate is expected to build strategic relationships with clients and move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel.

Requirements :

- Masters- Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

- A proven track record of strong client relationships.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Experience in international outbound calling in IT is a bonus.

Responsibilities : 

- Identify business opportunities in the international market

- Execute focused prospect outreach program incorporating emails, outbound calling, digital campaigns etc.

- Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and regular follow-ups.

- Plan and oversee end-to-end the shipment of a project.

Required Skills :

Experience: 7+years

Technical Skills: Strong experience in International Business Development, Lead Generation, Research,

Domain experiences-: IT Service / IT Product selling experience (Preferred ), B2B/B2C experience

Require tools: Excellent hands-on experience on tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, Sales navigator, Marketo, Eloqua,

Minimum of 4+ years of team Leading experience is mandatory for Manager Position

Location: Remote work
