B2B/International/Inside Sales Role - eCommerce/Building Material - US Region (8-12 yrs)

What will be your duties & responsibilities ?

Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement the inside sales strategy to achieve sales targets and improve profitability. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify new market opportunities and develop sales and marketing campaigns.

Team Management : Hire, train, and develop a high-performing inside sales team. Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and resources to succeed, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their sales targets.

Sales Performance Management : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Work with the inside sales team to set and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, and work closely with the inside sales team to ensure that they are providing a high level of customer service and support.

Sales Reporting and Analysis : Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Sales Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support the inside sales team.

What are the key requirements & skills ?

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a Team leadership role.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- Excellent ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales performance issues.

- Experience with sales reporting and analysis tools such as HubSpot, Tableau, or Power BI would be an added bonus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to work night shifts (6PM - 3 AM)

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry & B2B International Market is a must.

- Candidate Preferred from Tier 1 college
