Roles & Responsibilities :
- As a Sales Representative your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our corporate clients. Here are some of the key responsibilities you can expect :
Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, engaging in outreach and networking activities to establish new business relationships.
- Consultative Selling : Understand clients' branding objectives and marketing needs, and recommend customized merchandise solutions that align with their goals.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our customized merchandise offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, leveraging your sales skills to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Order Management : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of client orders, managing logistics and inventory as needed.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis : Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and customer service to align efforts and drive collective success.
