Roles and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms like Facebook, Google, Affiliates, and Influencer Marketing etc.

- Generate effective leads through marketing skills.

- Forecast Monthly, Quarterly, Annual acquisition numbers and costs.

- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting

- Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.

- Partner with creative teams and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches

- Monitor & optimize ROI driven campaigns regularly to meet acquisition and budget goals

- Collaborate & lead with the brand team in devising communication strategy (creative & messaging) & bringing this to life

- Plan and execute cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns

- Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis

- Constantly innovate and identify fresh ways to grow by tapping into new channels/affiliates/networks to scale campaigns and optimize ROI

- Drive market research and gain insight into competitor strategies & consumer insights & act on them

- Create proof of concept basis the internal/industry knowledge / consumer insight/ brand information

Desired Skills:

- Experience of 2 years in the same domain.

- Any course from digital marketing School background with proven learning agility will be plus.

- Relevant performance marketing experience in scaling up digital companies is a must.

- Experience and ability to manage scale, organized and affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh acquisition sources.
