Customer Support Executive
As a Customer Support Executive, you will have to interact with the clients frequently. More importantly, you will have to oversee the transactions at our IoT enabled kiosks and machines through our security systems. You are required to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, and obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Keep a strong vigilance on the transactions that happen through our IoT enabled vending machines
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
