- Respond to client queries in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities
- Adhering to Sales process i.e., right from lead qualification, discovery call to closure in a streamlined & professional manner
- Diligently follow up with clients to speed up the process
- Keep track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls
- Manage accounts receivable
- Work as a liaison between the client and operations team
