Position Purpose :

- We are looking for passionate sales leaders responsible for leading sales teams and driving results by onboarding more partners and higher wallet share through them.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead 8-10 member sales team and drive performance through them

- Drive onboarding of more partners and expand wallet share of existing partners

- Weekly review of Sales Teams performance, Targets, and processes

- Coach Sales Team through one-on-one and group meetings (virtual + physical) and joining their conversations for better adoption

- Ensure CRM adoption according to company standards

- Drive processes and activities necessary to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets

- Understanding customer needs and preferences as input for future planning

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

- Strict adherence to compliance standards

- Open to Travelling

What you bring to the table :

- Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in sales (Field Sales Experience Preferred)

- Experience working with education consultants/partners directly (Preferred)

- Successful track record in B2B Sales

- Experience of handling large sales team & multiple stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree mandatory

- Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail & problem solving attitude

- Good to have CRM Knowledge
