AZENT - Overseas Education Counsellor (2-10 yrs)
Summary:
Student Success Manager/Counsellor is responsible for taking care of end-to-end process of student's recruitment cycle (application to visa processing). Giving a personalized experience to the students and maintaining long term relation. Having a self-generated internal drive to make every student find their ultimate educational satisfaction.
Performance Metrics:
- Students- enrollment, conversion of applications to student recruitment, actual registration of students
- Follow-up to conversion as per leads (category wise)
- Relationship Management post admissions
Key Responsibilities :
- Should have good knowledge of sending students to UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
- Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas.
- Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas.
- Hands on experience in Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies.
- Applying to various universities/colleges overseas.
- Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
- Maintaining records of students counselled and applications sent to overseas.
- Liaising with students, other offices.
- Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
