Position Purpose :

- We are looking for proactive and passionate account/partner success associate to create long term, trusting relationships with our recruitment partners and increase new student applications through them on our platform.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Increase student applications on Azent platform through assigned recruitment partners

- Train Partner's counsellors/teams, to improve the quality and volume of applications through Azent

- Work with recruitment partners to improve the application funnel (Application to Successful Visa)

- Keep the connection engaged with Azent through regular communications, meetings and presentations

- You- re expected to meet at least 3 partners daily in your defined region and drive the business target

- Serve as a link of communication between partners and internal teams

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

- Drive destination/university specific target to achieve overall target

- Weekly Target Evaluation

- Open to Travelling

What you bring to the table :

- Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (Field Sales Experience Preferred)

- Experience working with education consultants/partners directly (Preferred)

- Bachelor's degree mandatory

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail & problem solving attitude

- Good to have CRM Knowledge
