Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) person who will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and success. Good communication skills and Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques are essential to this role.

SEO Development and Strategies :

- Plan, Develop and implement effective (SEO) strategies for long and short-term

- Managing offsite and onsite optimization and reporting on performance also prepare and present reports regularly

- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes, collaborate with developers

- Optimize website content, and landing pages, Regularly perform thorough keywords research

- Direct off-page optimization projects such as link-building), Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects

- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

- ASO Optimization- Conduct thorough research, App Title and Description Optimization, App Icon, and Screenshots Optimization, Adapting the app's metadata, including title, description, and keywords, for different languages and regions to enhance visibility,

- Ratings and Reviews Management: Monitoring and responding to user reviews, addressing their concerns or feedback promptly, and encouraging positive reviews to improve the app's reputation and ratings.

- Competitor Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis to understand the strategies and tactics used by similar apps and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring key ASO metrics, such as app rankings, keyword performance, conversion rates, and downloads, and providing regular reports to stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of ASO efforts.

Skill Required from the Candidates

- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEM RUSH, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, GSC)

- Good communication skills

-Analytical, results-driven mindset programs contribute to the overall success of the organization is important. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are valuable in this role.

-Expertise in SEO: A deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices is essential. This includes knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics.

-Training and Teaching Abilities: Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey SEO concepts and strategies to trainees. The ability to break down complex topics into understandable chunks and adapt training methods to different learning styles is important.

-Industry Experience: Significant practical experience in the field of SEO is highly beneficial. -Having worked on real SEO projects and staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes allows trainers to provide valuable insights and practical examples to trainees.

-Analytical Skills: Being able to analyze and interpret SEO data, metrics, and reports is important for assessing the effectiveness of SEO strategies and helping Newsroom Editors understand the impact of their actions.

-Continuous Learning: The SEO industry is constantly evolving, so candidates need to stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to self-improvement is essential.

-Problem-Solving Abilities: An SEO person should possess strong problem-solving skills to help Editors overcome challenges and optimize their websites effectively.

-Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, foster a positive learning environment, and provide constructive feedback to Editors is crucial. Candidates should be patient, approachable, and able to adapt their teaching style to different individuals or groups.

-Content Development: Creating training materials, including presentations, and online resources, requires content development skills. Candidates should be able to structure information effectively and present it in a clear and engaging manner.
