Ayurmeva - Executive - Catalog Management - eCommerce Vertical (2-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Listing products on marketplaces and completing catalog management.
2. Regularly updating prices and other product information on our website and marketplaces.
3. Managing complete photoshoots and uploading images online.
4. Responding to queries, inquiries, and complaints on marketplaces.
5. Checking online sales and creating reports
6. Looking after returns, exchanges, and loss/damage on marketplaces, Reconciliation of marketplaces.
7. Coordinating with accounts, customer support, and other departments
8. Order processing on marketplaces - Amazon and Flipkart and courier aggregators - Shyplite, We fast, and Dunzo.
Key requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in listing and management on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Prior experience of working on Amazon and other marketplaces
- Complete knowledge of processing orders on marketplaces and shipping aggregators such as sprocket and split.
