Requirement :
- Should have a positive and optimistic attitude
- Should have minimum a year of working experience in Real Estate Industry
- Should have a two or four wheelers of own along with licence.
- Impeccable profile with high level of professionalism.
- Proven working experience in Sales
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers/Clients
- Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs

- Report on sales activities to senior management
- Meeting targets on monthly basis
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
