Key qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall experience

- At-least 4 years experience in the ecommerce/ startup industry with onground experience in operations

- Hospital experience in general operations preferred at 50+ bed multi-specialty hospitals (NABH)

- 5+ years experience in managing teams

- MBA - hospital administration (preferred)

Key responsibilities :

- Manage ground level teams involved in managing patients experience in hospitals and diagnostic centers

- Setup systems and processes to enable higher IPD conversion (% surgery recommendations converting into admissions)

- Conceive & deploy newer ways to drive higher conversions in the most efficient manner

- Manage hospital and doctor relationships - interaction and good rapport with various stakeholders - hospital owner/s, finance department, doctors, billing/admin department etc

- Eye on end to end operations through continuous monitoring with major focus on enhancing quality service and great patient experience

- Program manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve issues

- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the team

- Analyze growth metrics, draw inferences and execute improvement actions - plan expansion strategies basis growing demand
