Ayoni Foods - Executive - Business Development (3-15 yrs)
1. In constant follow up with sr. Sales team for the sales targets and achievement
2. To follow up team for the establishing, maintaining, and expanding channel of distributions.
3. Appointment of SS/DB in vacant area.
4. Visit market /ss/db point and observe sales team performance, distribution channel strength for consistant & development of business.
5. Maintaining sales of existing and increasing sales of company- s new products in assigned area.
6. Daily reporting to office with live location for 8 hours.
7. Setting sales targets for assigned area as a whole.
8. Motivate sales team to be maintaining roi against sales revenues.(max. Sales team budget 4%)
9. Help /assist to gm for make and formulate sales strategies, promotional schemes, market activities etc.
10. Monitoring sales team- s performance and motivating them to reach targets
11. Prepare mis reports for assigned area with monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan.
12. Keeping up to date with products and competitors market acitivities I.E. Scheme, promotions etc.
13. Any other branding or promotion related task assigned by marcom manager.
14. Other activities assigned by marketing dept. Of the company
