Ayoni Foods - Area Sales Manager (6-15 yrs)
Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products in assigned area.
2. Reaching the sales targets and goals set for your area
3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your channel of distributions.
4. Appointment of ss/db in vacant area.
5. Visit every ss/db and market for sales growth and business development.
6. Daily reporting to office with live location for 8 hours
7. Setting sales targets for individual ss/sr/so and your team as a whole
8. Recruiting and training and allocating area to below sales staff
9. Must be maintaining roi against sales revenues. (max. Sales team budget 4%)
10. Developing sales strategies and setting targets for assigned area
11. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
12. Prepare mis reports for assigned area with monthly, quarterly and yearly plan.
13. Keeping up to date with products and competitors market activities I.E. Scheme, promotions etc.
14. Other activities assigned by marketing dept. Of the company
