Role Overview : Membership Manager focusing on achieving results and customer-focused to lead our business development efforts in acquisition and oversee the onboarding process for members. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to foster positive relationships with members and potential partners. The Membership Manager is responsible for driving membership expansion, implementing effective onboarding processes, and contributing to member engagement and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic business development efforts to expand membership

- Enhance onboarding processes for new members

- Cultivate strong relationships with premium members through personalised communication

- Proactively identify members' preferences, expectations, and service requirements

- Foster positive relationships with existing members and potential partners

- Contribute to initiatives targeting increased member engagement and retention

- Utilise strong interpersonal skills and business acumen for customer-focused results

- Collaborate with operations and technical teams for seamless execution of member requests

- Identify upselling opportunities for premium services to enhance subscriptions

- Introduce new features and offerings to premium members, adding significant value

- Develop collaboration strategies with the AI-driven platform to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty

- Provide accurate information and assistance to optimise member experience

- Monitor and analyse member feedback, driving continuous improvement in service delivery

- Utilise data analytics tools to gain insights into member behaviour and preferences

- Generate reports and recommendations for optimising the premium member experience.

Qualifications :


- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of membership-based organisations and the ability to tailor offerings to meet member needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends.

- Experience in managing premium or VIP client relationships is a plus.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
