Job Description :
- Conduct the morning huddle with all Team Member on daily basis.
- Meet corporate and institutional clients to promote HOME LOAN Product.
- New Customer Acquisition of home loan.
- Ensure planning and execution of sales target for the team on monthly basis.
- Tie-up with Builders & CA, Real Estate Agents.
- Work with Sales Manager and Branch Head.
- Drive productivity of team member as per performance matrix.
- Achieve also cross sale product of the bank life insurance & SIP.
- Conduct Home Loan product training every week for team member.
- Always motivate the sale team member to achieve branch target.
- Arrange every weekly Activities for Business Generation like Corporate offices visit, Builder site visits, leaflet distribution Govt. Offices & Public place.
CTC : 1.8 Lacks to 3Lack PA.
Experience : 2 to 6 years with team handling.
Job Location : Jayanagar, Sahakarnagar & Whitefield
Candidate requirements :
- Looking for candidate with Sales experience in HL/mortgages.
- Team handling experience.
- Preferred only male candidates.
