Axis Securities - Activation Manager (3-5 yrs)
- Influence the activation and sales teams to activate the trading accounts of newly acquired customers and reactivate non traders & stop traders.
- To ensure that UTC targets for FY are achieved within the timelines
- Design R&R campaigns for the team to achieve high performance levels and take end to end ownership of distribution of R&R items
- Co-ordinate with Regional Managers & Circle Managers and provide adequate support to the sales team for activation
- Monitoring the overall call quality of the agents & ensuring that they are given appropriate trainings from time to time.
- Designing topical digital offers for customers to boost activation, revenue and retention
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams, viz, Branch Dealing, HNI Dealing, Call & Trade desk for Activation/Reactivation
- Work closely with product team to drive first time mobile activation through different channels
- Drive MFSIP through sales team and design campaigns to boost numbers
- Evaluate existing processes and drive continuing process improvement initiatives
- Prepare management presentations from time to time
