We at AxionConnect currently hiring for - Account Managers/ Client Relationship Managers role based in Mumbai.

Job description :

- Reporting to the Head of India Sales, you will have full responsibility to pioneer sales efforts in your designated region of India.

- The successful candidate will sell directly to some existing accounts and be responsible for developing new accounts in the region.

- Candidates will need a broad range of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of performance.

- Experience of selling services and products in Banking and Insurance vertical will be an advantage

- Manage Client Relationship and their needs on continuous basis.

- Ensure project deliverable are tracked and resources are adhering to monthly reporting.

- Manage Invoicing and Collections for existing Clients

Core Competencies (Technical) :

- 3-10 years experience in solutions and services sales in Banking and Insurance vertical.

- Proven ability to effectively build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets

- Identify opportunities and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information

- Ability to document sales pipeline including sales forecasts, prospect details, current engagements and future planned activities

- Ability to communicate and interact with customers at all levels. Create sales opportunities by diligently prospecting into target accounts

- Experience of selling SAS products is an advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal style as well as superior written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and as integral part of the team

- An eye for detail, out of the box thinking/ Lateral thinking capabilities and passion to grow fast

- Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated

- Proven client management experience
