Axiom Landbase - Executive/Manager - Sales (0-6 yrs)
Experience Required: 0-5 years
Salary Offered: Rs 3-5 LPA + Incentives (Best In Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
Key Skills Required
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 - 5 years' relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales or similar field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Friendly and personable demeanour
- Key Parameter-Great communication and good outbound sales experience
- Candidate has to be smart and presentable should in English & Hindi
- Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel
Note that Freshers having MBA/PGDM degree can also be considered. Full training will be provided to the eligible candidate.
