Desired Candidate Profile :

- We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. Your responsibilities include generating international leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM/database, and meeting sales targets.

- The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You need to work during the night shift. Most importantly experience with the US-B2B market is mandatory.

- To be successful as a Sales Executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

- Prior proven experience in closing sales, outbound calling, business development will be preferred. One should be confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- The candidate will be responsible for selling our services mentioned on our website under the Services section. Since we are a technology company, so the candidate must be able to manage the technical things to discuss and negotiate with the customer.

- The Sales Executive (SE) will be focused on articulating Awesomify Technologies- offering to predefined prospects. He/She should be persuasive and able to effectively hunting for leads through Cold Calling (40%), Emailing (40%), LinkedIn (20%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the stakeholders.

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills;

- Must be able to handle the rejections and objections with strong convincing skills;

- Should have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high-growth sales environment;

- Mandatory skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time & territory management desired;

- A demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales;

- Routing qualified meetings to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closures;

- Excellent customer service and sales skills;

- Excellent spoken and presentation skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Roles and Job Responsibilities :

- Flexible to work in shift based environment;

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies;

- Researching prospects and generating new qualified leads;

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, email, and in-person;

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner;

- Preparing and sending timely quotes and proposals in a proper and presentable format;

- Building and maintaining a CRM/database;

- Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets;

- Participating in sales team meetings;

- Achieve and exceed assigned Lead Generation targets and objectives;

- High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective - clients and contacts;

- Nurturing mid to long term leads through regular touchpoints until they are ready for sales engagement;

- Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate;

- To continually improve personal management and sales skills;

- Flexibility to respond to business conditions as they arise;

- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in Software/Mobile/Web Development domain all our other services to US, UK, Australia, Europian markets;

- Interacting/calling to CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, Decision Makers for Software/Mobile/Web Development requirements and managing Lead Generation Process via cold calling & emails;

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;

- Understand customer needs and requirements;

- You need to explain the customer's requirements to our BA, and need to participate in planning meetings;

- Act as a bridge between Clients and our Software Professionals team;

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations;

- Keep a close track to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales;

- Flexibility to respond to business conditions as they arise;

- Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from creating a database, Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure.

- Identifying potential business partners, researching, exploring, and discovering opportunities for partnership;

- Ensure conversion of qualified leads into Business;

- Meeting, and exceeding where possible, quarterly and annual sales targets;

- Must-Have 3+ years of experience in business development (B2B) in the International Market;

- Strong account mapping and headhunting skills with a proven track record of success in selling IT services/technology outsourcing services for international markets;

- The candidate should have managed large conglomerates and global customers and must have engaged CXO/CIO- s;

- Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources/channels);

- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining;

- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
