AVP - Sales/Revenue Growth - IT (12-15 yrs)

Background and experience

The person should have actively work with banks in selling the various functional and technical products of Temenos . The person should be capable of engaging with the Head of Technology as well as the C-Level executives in establishing the case for the solutions as well as our credentials for implementing those.

The person should be familiar with the Various versions of T 24 including the private banking, retail banking, corporate banking, Security, Treasury and Fund management; regional versions in Europe, Middle East and Asia; the complementary solutions to T24.

Has handled account mining with regard to T 24 opportunities in both RFP as well as solicited route; should be capable of steering those responses through a careful assessment of competitor positioning, internal stakeholders wants and the technical feasibility of the solution. If he is also familiar with the sales process attached to new customer acquisition, that would be helpful.

Demonstrate capability to work with a team comprising technical experts, delivery leadership and account leadership in achieving the objectives of the T 24 stream.

Role

1. Champion the T24 revenue growth in the priority accounts. In collaboration with the respective client partners and T24 practice leader, you will plan and execute stakeholder engagement aimed at demonstrating competence, identifying potential delivery opportunities and conversion initiatives.

2. The T24 revenue plan for year 2018-19 is 3 million USD with 35% carry forward revenue. We are attempting to build a 10 million USD practice in the next 2-3 years.

3. Responsible for realization of gross margins and forward planning.

4. To understand the T 24 landscape and the services around that landscape; review and provide inputs on the revision that is required to the landscape based on the feedback and insights from the engagement with customers.

5. Be responsible for the revenue from the assigned accounts for the T 24 services; in order to do this, needs to engage with the clients and explore opportunities for the various services

6. Will manage the Presales process for Service by engaging Clients in Technical discussions, defining problem statements, identifying relevant talent to respond to Client inquiries and create proposals, and organizing demonstration of abilities through targeted proofs of concept

7. Will work with Client Partners, other Technical Partners, Delivery Managers, and the 24 Practice team for furtherance of business and margin enhancement goals.

8. Work actively with Temenos sales team in building the stage of their own proposition to the banks and also to derive opportunities for us taking the service forward.

9. Be an active and critical member of the Cluster for the T 24 line of business; also in interface with the T 24 Business.
