AVP - Partner Sales Management - BFSI (12-14 yrs)

We are seeking high achievers with consistent exemplary record in partner management and process excellence to drive continuous improvement and high level of efficiency in the overall operational pipeline of our organisation.

Core Responsibility :

- Partner Management : Required to interact with partners, by working with the Sales & Ops team on improving conversions of our Organisation apps. Handle key channel partner relationships assigned across locations and take a strategic approach to solve long term partner problems. Platform and having regular interactions with key stake holders at partner's end to improve process efficieny using knowledge of their systems adnd processes to our advantage. Conduct reviews and feedback sessions for partner regional / central sales teams

- Performance Improvement : Deep dive into location level / segment-wise performance for key relationships and initiate business reviews with centralised Spocs and drive continuous improvement resulting in Win-Win for customer and partner.

- Drive for Process Excellence : Continuously push for the better process which will improve Organisation objectives via both system & personal engagement. Be ready to handle senior level management and push for Organisation objectives in-spite of pushbacks.

- Team Management : Lead a team of City Heads and work with them to jointly achieve Regional and National targets for the assigned regions. Lead and provide strategic directions to teamassigned based atvarious locations.Mentor them, monitor progress, train / guide them for better efficiencies.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Drive to transform existing process to a more efficient & paperless process

- High accountability and ownership in the team

- Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment

- Team Management spread across locations.

Qualifications/Criteria :

- MBA from premier institutes, 12+ years experience in leading Fintechs, Banks, Insurance companies

- NBFCs with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management
