Started in the year 2016 and funded by marquee investors like Westbridge & Infoedge, the Company is a B2C product-based company on a mission to solve India's education problems at the grassroot level. The multilingual EdTech platform provides 360-degree learning solutions catering to all major educational needs of Tier II, tier III including online courses for competitive exams like Banking, SSC, Teaching exams, Defence exams, GATE, JEE, NEET, UPSC and state exams. Company has also recently entered the K12 segment targeting state board students in Tier II, Tier III and small towns.

Role:

This role will be responsible architecting a sales strategy, plays a highly cross-functional role to drive sales through the web/app platform and scale revenue to the next level. The person should be a selling enthusiast in developing new markets, strategizing next steps, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve company's sales goals.

- Developing, implementing, managing and reporting on Sales plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion and other KPI's.

- Own the business, Co-own the P&L, develop the business sales model, understand where opportunities are and manage complete business operations with accountability for profitability

- Stay on top of market trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize KPIs based on size, internal capabilities,etc.

- Analyze customers' experience across channels and touchpoints through web analytics and determine potential improvements.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Requirements :

- B.E/B.Tech/MBA or other PG Qualification.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales domain with Leading Internet/E-commerce/ start-ups

- Expert on deciphering data & and user trends

- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

- Detail-oriented, and comfortable with advanced analytics.

- Clear understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, growth marketing & monetization strategies across ecommerce

- Should have been hands on with marketing automation tools like Oracle, mo-engage, web engage, fair understanding of GA

- Deep understanding of EdTech as a category & experience preferred

- Individual contributor and a team leader at the same time (situational leadership)
