A Multinational Major Private Sector Bank needs :
AVP - Channel Management - Cross Sell & Corporate Channel - Personal & Gold Loans
Educational Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.
Job Profile :
- Development of Branch & Corporate channel for PL & GL
- Focus on GL & PL product recall at branches, resource and segment wise penetration within branches
- Launch of local projects to increase internal customer penetration through branches and corporate activity
- Devise and suggest span of control /operation for SMs and channels respectively
- Drive key strategy items like pre-approved, catchment area activities, lobby management, etc.
- Driving corporate level strategy to ensure sizable business comes through corporate channel
- Tracking of Various business parameters related to branch sourcing (LG/LC, branch activation, ATM activation, quality of leads, productivity of branch resources) etc.
Experience : 7 to 9 years in a similar profile in a bank / financial institution of repute.
